June Meeting Notes:
- Our June meeting was well attended!
- Our May retreat was the most ever attended! Maura is working on a retreat recap; email any pictures you’d like included to Maura!
- The Guild Instagram and Facebook are up and running. Tag us in your projects at @NHMQG on Instagram!
- Our fall retreat will be November 2-5, 2023 at Village By The Sea in Wells Maine. More details to come.
- Our guild has already donated 25 charity quilts this year alone to “Sleep in Heavenly Peace”, and 33 to the “pass along project”. Contact Leslie with any charity quilt questions, or bring your charity quilts to the meeting!
- QuiltCon is having a charity challenge this year with the theme “symmetry”. Brenda passed around a sign up list, contact if you’d like to learn more!
- We completed a fun craft at this meeting! Using foam board, batting, and duct tape; we each created a travel sized design wall! The technique can be scaled up to any size for your crafting needs!
