- Not volunteering, but showing what is something you are good at/would be OK working on. These are more to gauge people’s preferences throughout the years. Volunteer to be nominated by October, Vote in November; announce in December! On boarding in January. Teams

- today was the deadline to turn in WIP cards. WIP = Work In Progress. Have to declare ahead of time; can not add or change retroactively. No penalty for incomplete WIPs, but if you finish, you are entered into a raffle!
