Members are working to finish WIP's to enter our drawing at the end of June.
Marie has been playing with disappearing four patch and showed off this bag. Quilted on long-arm.
Carolanne showed off her finish of the Carolyn Friedlander pattern Eads. Carolanne quilted herself with triangles (below).
Carolanne also presented this paper pieced quilt and admits that she likes paper-piecing! Both of her quilts are WIPs!
Michelle completed a Denise Schmidt jelly roll pattern. Very pretty!
Also from Michelle, quilted with matchstick on her domestic machine. Gorgeous! Used the freezer paper piecing technique.
Sara made a cat quilt for a friends baby shower.
Back has a Tula Pink print. Adorable!
Another quilt for Sara showed is a "ginormous" top and added a little improv.
Sandy got this pattern at MQX, made it up with sheep fabric and pull string.
Ophelia's mystery intricate French General quilt.
Annique told us a story about her adventures with her bike a couple of nights ago, and how she made it to the meeting safe and sound. She concluded that there are some good people.
Lunar storm paper pieced with a ray of sunshine -- very cool.
Annique did this challenge for black and white in another guild, where she was able to add one other color. The shape is Minnesota. Purple is for Prince and she incorporated various other symbols of Prince's home and life.
Annique had another challenge project using a bicycle wheel. French flag with hexagon shape of country and she is showing story of Tour de France. Very cool.
Leslie showed a charity quilt that Ophelia quilted with highlight of gorgeous owl.
Patti showed large wedding quilt for her daughter with hexagons. Quite impressive.
Donna presented a quilt she's been working on for 8 years which she finally finished. Lots of work went into this!
